01Sponsor

This giveaway is run by AniDora Events, operating under R&K Trading Co., Ltd., Edmonton, Alberta, Canada (the "Sponsor"). Contact: info@anidoraevents.com or (825) 333-8212. The Sponsor is solely responsible for the giveaway, the draw and the prize.

02Entry period

Entries open Wednesday, September 17, 2026 when the giveaway reel is published on the Sponsor's Instagram account @anidoraevents, and close Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 6:59 p.m. Mountain Time. Entries recorded by Instagram after that moment are not eligible, whatever the reason for the delay. The Sponsor's clock governs.

03Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors and volunteers of the Sponsor and of R&K Trading Co., Ltd., and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible. Entrants must have a public Instagram account in their own name and must follow the Sponsor's account at the time of the draw; the Sponsor cannot see, verify or count an entry made from a private account. Void where prohibited by law.

04How to enter

No purchase is necessary and a purchase does not improve an entrant's chance of winning. To enter: (a) follow @anidoraevents on Instagram; (b) like the giveaway reel; (c) in a single comment on that reel, tag two separate real Instagram accounts and name your favourite Pokémon. That comment is one entry. One additional entry is available for sharing the giveaway reel to your Instagram story with @anidoraevents tagged, so that the Sponsor can see it. Maximum two entries per person. Additional comments do not create additional entries.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, automated, made through a bot or entry service, made from duplicate, fake, purchased or giveaway-only accounts, or that tag accounts that do not exist, are disqualified without notice. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process or acted in bad faith, and its decision is final.

05Prize

One (1) prize is available: a sealed Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration Elite Trainer Box, approximate retail value $229.95 Canadian dollars. The prize is awarded as-is, is non-transferable, may not be exchanged for another product and carries no cash substitute. The Sponsor ships the prize to any address in Canada at its own cost, or holds it for collection at HAROWEEN at Bonnie Doon Shopping Centre on October 24 or 25, 2026, at the winner's choice. Risk of loss passes to the winner on delivery to the courier. The prize carries no warranty from the Sponsor; any manufacturer's warranty is the winner's to pursue. Any taxes arising from the prize are the winner's responsibility.

06Draw and odds

One winner is selected at random from all eligible entries on Thursday, October 1, 2026 at approximately 7:00 p.m. Mountain Time, at the Sponsor's premises in Edmonton, Alberta. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

07Skill-testing question and claiming the prize

Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. The selected entrant is contacted by direct message from @anidoraevents and announced on the Sponsor's Instagram story. The selected entrant must reply, answer the skill-testing question correctly and provide the name, mailing address and phone number needed for delivery within 48 hours of the first message. If the selected entrant cannot be reached, declines the prize, answers incorrectly, is ineligible or does not respond within 48 hours, the entry is forfeited and another entrant is drawn at random, as many times as the Sponsor considers reasonable until the prize is awarded or the Sponsor stops the process.

The Sponsor will never ask an entrant or a winner for payment of any kind, for a shipping or handling fee, for gift cards or cryptocurrency, or for a password, credit-card or banking detail, and will never send a link to "claim" a prize. Any message doing so is not from the Sponsor.

08Privacy

Entries are public Instagram comments and are visible to anyone who can see the reel. The Sponsor collects the winner's name, mailing address and phone number solely to deliver the prize, retains them only as long as needed for delivery and any related tax or accounting record, and does not sell, rent or add entrants to a mailing list as a result of this giveaway. The Sponsor's full privacy notice applies. The winner agrees that their Instagram handle and first name may be published by the Sponsor in announcing the result, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

09Instagram and third parties

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc., or with The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Game Freak or Creatures Inc. Entrants release Instagram and Meta completely in connection with this giveaway, and any questions, comments or complaints about it must be directed to the Sponsor and not to Instagram. Entrants are responsible for complying with Instagram's own terms of use. Pokémon and all related names are trademarks of their respective owners; the prize is a genuine sealed retail product and no affiliation or endorsement is claimed.

10Liability

By entering, each entrant releases the Sponsor, R&K Trading Co., Ltd. and their directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents from any liability for loss, damage, injury or expense arising from participating in this giveaway or from accepting, possessing or using the prize, except where the law does not permit that release. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, not recorded or not displayed by Instagram, for technical failures of any kind, or for any act or omission of Instagram, of the courier, or of any other third party.

11Changes and interpretation

The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, shorten, extend or amend this giveaway at any time where required by law or where fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond its reasonable control corrupts the administration, security or fair running of the giveaway. The version of these rules published on this page governs, identified by the version date above, and prevails over any shorter summary of the rules published on Instagram or elsewhere. Typographical errors and omissions do not bind the Sponsor and may be corrected without liability. All decisions of the Sponsor regarding any aspect of this giveaway are final and binding. These rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. A French-language version of these rules is published at anidoraevents.com/concours; for residents of Quebec, the French version prevails.
