Vendor applications and invoices

When you apply to vend we collect your business name, contact name, email, phone, social or website links, product descriptions and photos. We use them to review your application, place and invoice you, run the show and contact you about it. Invoices and payments are processed by Square, whose own privacy policy applies to payment data; we never see or store your card number.

Email list

If you sign up for show announcements, or opt in on an application, survey or sign-up sheet at a show, we keep your email, the date and where you signed up, and use it to send AniDora Events show announcements — dates, vendor application windows and early-booking pricing. Every email carries a working unsubscribe link, honoured within 10 business days. We do not sell or rent the list.

Contact form

The contact form on this site opens an email in your own mail app; nothing is stored on this website. We keep your email to reply to you.

Photography at shows

Our shows are photographed and filmed for promotion. Vendors consent through their application. For attendees, entrance signage says the event is being photographed; if you would rather not appear, tell the help desk and we will avoid you or remove the image. Close-up photographs of children are only used with a parent's permission.

Website

This site does not set tracking cookies of its own. If we run advertising, the advertising platform's measurement (for example the Meta pixel) may be present on show pages; you can limit it through your browser or the platform's ad settings.
